About shipping

We would like to inform our valued clients that we invoice shipping costs separately from their orders. Although we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, we have implemented this policy for the following reasons:

  1. Due to the impact of Covid-19, all shipping carriers worldwide have changed their policy from measuring shipping costs based on the total weight of the goods to measuring them based on both the total weight and volume of the goods.
  2. The shipping cost is determined by measuring the volume and weight of the goods, and each store’s products have different volume and weight measurements that cannot be combined.

For these reasons, we measure the volume and weight of the items as they are picked up and packed by each brand. After all the items are packed, we measure the volume and weight of the entire order to determine the shipping cost.

Once the shipping cost is calculated, we will charge it separately. Please note that this is a time-consuming process, so we cannot include shipping costs as part of the order.

Box Volume Weight Splitting

If you order 100 items, but only 70 of them can fit into our maximum box size of 60cm x 50cm x 60cm (30Kg bulk weight), the remaining 30 items will be packed in a separate box, and you will be charged for two boxes accordingly.

Split Shipping

If you order items from multiple brands, you may experience delays in picking up your items because not all brands have constant stock. In this case, if 99 out of 100 items are picked up, we offer a split delivery service. However, please note that you will be charged for the shipping costs for each separate delivery.

We provide a shipping cost calculator to give you an estimate of the approximate shipping costs. Please use the link below.
